Profile Transaction Report V2
View contentsThe Profile Transaction report is the drill-down report from the Profile Summary report. There are two grouping formats for this report: by learner (the default) and the 'original' style, which was used in the Maytas 3 Profile Transaction reports.
Please note that the funding information in this report is taken from profile measurements in Maytas 5.
The report is called V2 because the original version of the report looked at profile measurements from Maytas 3, which were separate to Maytas 5 profiles.
Parameters
- Report style – This selects the format of the report.
- Centre – This can be used to filter by centre.
- Profile – This allows you to choose the profile you wish to report on.
- Measurement – This allows you to choose the measurement you wish to report on. The list of measurements is limited by the profile selected.
Layout
When using the by learner style (left), the focus is on the income which each learner has brought in. For or each learner it shows a list of claims and the total claimed for the period.
When using the original style (right), the focus is on the claims by each qualification. For each qualification, there is a list of learners and the claims they have made, and a total claim value for the qualification.
